Cancellation Penalty

Corporate Driver Training Australia will impose a Cancellation Penalty of up to 100% of the course fee in the following circumstances :

• When a course to be delivered on-site, that has been confirmed in writing (including email, fax or hard copy), is cancelled within 14 clear business days of the scheduled date
• When an individual has been confirmed on a course in writing (including email, fax or hard copy), cancels within 14 clear business days of the scheduled date.
• When an individual has been confirmed on a course in writing (including email, fax or hard copy), fails to attend on the scheduled date of training (for any reason whatsoever)
  

Replacements are accepted at anytime, without charge or penalty. Notification of any substitution would be appreciated.

Note To Personal Assistants:

If you will be making a course booking for a third party, please make sure that person will be available on the chosen date. CDTA will strictly adhere to the Cancellation Penalty.
