 Cancellation Penalty
|
Corporate Driver Training Australia will impose a Cancellation Penalty of up to 100% of the course fee in the following circumstances :

When a course to be delivered on-site, that has been confirmed in writing (including email, fax or hard copy), is cancelled within 14 clear business days of the scheduled date |
| |
|
When an individual has been confirmed on a course in writing (including email, fax or hard copy), cancels within 14 clear business days of the scheduled date |
| |
|
When an individual has been confirmed on a course in writing (including email, fax or hard copy), fails to attend on the scheduled date of training (for any reason whatsoever) |
|
Replacements are accepted at anytime, without charge or penalty. Notification of any substitution would be appreciated.

| If you will be making a course booking for a third party, please make sure that person will be available on the chosen date. CDTA will strictly adhere to the Cancellation Penalty. |
