Low Risk Motorcycle
| Description |
Corporate Driver Training Australia can design and deliver Low Risk Motorcycle training programs for organizations that incorporate motorcycles into their fleet
Programs are tailored to the specific needs of the client, and take into account;
| |
The nature of the work to be done |
| |
The type of vehicles to be used |
| |
The experience of the operators |
| |
The environment in which the vehicles will be operated |
| |
The experience of the instructors (CDTA can design a course for you to deliver) |
Unlike most advanced motorcycle training courses, CDTA's Low Risk Motorcycle Training Course dose not focus on the development of high levels of vehicle control skills.
Certainly, vehicle control skills play a part. However, this program is singularly focused on optimising rider safety. To do this, attention is directed towards the internal factors that promote safer choices.
Competency based, participants are required to demonstrate the behaviours that maximise safety, rather than display expert rider skill.
Most importantly, participants learn how to give themselves ongoing feedback after the training. Learning to be both self-aware & self-critical, are key elements to continuous improvement.
These programs can help riders know what to do, how to think & how to manage their emotions more effectively.
We can design and deliver your training, with our own expert instructors. Or, if you prefer, we can design a program to be delivered by your own people.
