Post Crash Counselling - Half Day

Description

The Post Crash Counselling is a half day program for drivers who have experienced either a crash, or serious ‘near-hit’ event. The program includes:

• An extensive interview process to determine the ‘root cause/s’
• A 1:1 driver assessment

During the on-road assessment the crash site is visited (where practicle). The scene is measured & photograhed in an attempt to reconcile documentary evidence, witness statements and physical evidence.

Following the the interview and assessment, a detailed report is produced and copies sent to both the candidate and their team leader. The report includes;

• A review of the circumstances surrounding the event
• A set of findings
• A set of recommendations

This program is only available on-site. Two programs can be conducted on any given day. Maximum 1 participant per program.
